Jaipur, January 28 . The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Jaipur Headquarters’ Special Investigation Wing arrested Forest Guard Ratipal Singh and Forester Omprakash Mitharwal on Tuesday for accepting a bribe of ₹10,000. The arrest was made at the Chimnapura Range post in Nahargarh Sanctuary.

ACB Director General of Police, Dr. Ravi Prakash Meharda, stated that the Special Investigation Wing received a complaint alleging that the Forest Guard and Forester were demanding a bribe of ₹10,000 from the complainant in exchange for not obstructing the construction work of two shops.
Under the leadership of Additional Superintendent of Police, Sandeep Saraswat, the Special Investigation Wing conducted a trap operation, leading to the arrest of Ratipal Singh and Omprakash Mitharwal while accepting the bribe. Both accused had previously accepted ₹10,000 from the complainant.
