Chandigarh, May 4 A fresh Western Disturbance (WD) is influencing the weather across Punjab, bringing relief from the rising temperatures and triggering unstable atmospheric conditions. The INDIA Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued orange and yellow alerts for 16 districts, forecasting thunderstorms, rainfall, and gusty winds with speeds ranging between 40–60 km/h.
