
Udaipur, March 15: A wave of joy swept through the Aravali Institute of Technical Studies (AITS) during the mega job fair held on Saturday. Many young job seekers, who had been searching for good employment for a long time, found their wait finally coming to an end.
The job fair, organized successfully by AITS, featured participation from various prestigious companies across the country, offering students a wealth of employment opportunities. A total of 41 companies took part, with over 400 students registering to showcase their talents. Notably, this event saw participation from major companies not just from Rajasthan but from across India, making it easier for youths to select jobs and positions. Many students also benefited from attractive salary packages.
The chief guest of the event, Rajendra Surana, President of the Small Industries Association in Udaipur, encouraged students to develop skills aligned with industry needs. He emphasized that such job fairs are vital for connecting youth with employment opportunities and expressed gratitude to AITS Secretary N.L. Khetan for his efforts.
N.L. Khetan, the special guest and Secretary of the Aravali Group of Colleges, addressed the students, reaffirming the group’s commitment to providing better career opportunities. He promised that similar events would continue to bridge the gap between industry and education in the future.
Dr. Hemant Dhabhai, Director of AITS, welcomed all guests, company representatives, and students, highlighting the significance of such events in helping students determine their career paths.
The coordination of the mega job fair was managed by Dr. Chanchal Rathore (TPO) and Nandini Raj Gorana, whose effective guidance and teamwork ensured the event’s success.
Prominent companies such as Raincom Technology Pvt. Ltd., Monomark Engineering India Ltd., Fusion Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Arget Technology, E-Connect, Mitcon India Pvt. Ltd., Rajendra Toyota, Sage Oil, and Rosava Engineering participated in the fair, conducting interviews with students.
During the event, company representatives assessed students’ technical skills, communication abilities, and personalities, providing them with numerous job opportunities. The mega job fair proved to be a significant initiative, paving the way for many students to build careers in various fields. At the conclusion of the event, officials from the institute expressed their gratitude to all guests, company representatives, and participating students. This event marked a crucial step towards a brighter future for the students.
