Udaipur, April 2: The Kayakalp Service Institute, a drug rehabilitation center in Udaipur, celebrated its third anniversary with a grand annual event on Thursday. The program highlighted the achievements in the field of drug rehabilitation and reaffirmed the commitment to expand this initiative further.
The event’s main attraction was the youth who, with the institute’s support, overcame addiction and embarked on a new, positive life. These young individuals shared their experiences, emphasizing that with proper guidance, treatment, and counseling, significant life changes are achievable. Their inspiring stories moved the audience and raised awareness about the issue.
Manoj Joshi, the president of the institute, stated in his address that drug rehabilitation is not just a service but a societal responsibility. He noted that over the past three years, the institute has helped more than 1,500 individuals break free from addiction and reintegrate into mainstream society, a feat made possible through collective efforts.
The event also provided insights into the institute’s operational methods, treatment approaches, and awareness campaigns. A team of expert doctors and counselors offers comprehensive rehabilitation through Ayurvedic treatments, therapy, and mental counseling.
On this occasion, the institute’s team, social workers, family members, and distinguished citizens were present. Together, they pledged to spread the drug rehabilitation campaign to every corner of society and engage more youth in this mission. The institute is supported by MBBS Dr. Suresh Dangi and BAMS Dr. Pushkar Joshi, along with a dedicated counseling team.
