New Delhi, January 19 – The nomination process for the Delhi Assembly Elections 2025 has concluded. According to the Election Commission, 1,522 nomination papers were filed in total, out of which 477 were rejected, leaving 1,040 nominations approved for the upcoming elections.

The New Delhi Assembly constituency saw the highest number of nominations. A total of 40 nomination papers were filed by 29 candidates, making it one of the most contested seats in the election.
