PM Awas Yojana 2025: Special Camps Launched for Beneficiaries in Lucknow, Ayodhya, and Sultanpur — Complete Details

In a major relief for economically weaker sections in Uttar Pradesh, the UP Awas Vikas Parishad has initiated special camps under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) starting 21 April 2025. These camps aim to streamline formalities like allotment, possession, and payments for PMAY beneficiaries in Lucknow, Ayodhya, and Sultanpur.

If you are a registered beneficiary under PMAY, attending these camps can help resolve long-pending issues and ensure faster possession of your home.

Objective of the PMAY Camps

The key purpose of these camps is to address common challenges faced by allottees, including:

• Possession of the allotted house

• Pending payments and dues

• Formalities related to the MIS (Management Information System) portal

The camps will run till 25 April 2025, and beneficiaries are urged to complete all pending documentation to avoid cancellation of allotments.

Documents Required for PMAY Camp

To complete formalities smoothly, all attendees must carry original and photocopies of the following documents:

• Aadhaar Card

• PAN Card

• Income Certificate

• BPL Ration Card

• Residence Proof

• Caste Certificate

These documents will be verified to update allotment status and confirm eligibility under the PMAY scheme.

Camp Locations in Uttar Pradesh

The camps will be organized at the following venues:

• Lucknow:
  UP Awas Vikas Parishad Office Complex, Raebareli Road, Vrindavan Yojana

• Ayodhya:
  PMAY Office, Angoori Bagh

• Sultanpur:
  Property Management Office

At each location, officials from the Parishad, SUDA (State Urban Development Authority), and DUDA (District Urban Development Authority) will be present to resolve issues on the spot.

Important Note for Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries must complete all required formalities within the camp period. Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of their PMAY home allotment.

Officials will assist beneficiaries in real-time to:

• Register names on the portal
