District-Level Cleanliness Week Program to Kick Off at Sukhadia Circle

Udaipur, March 14: In celebration of Rajasthan Day, a district-level cleanliness week program will commence at Sukhadia Circle on Saturday, starting at 7 AM. The initiative is organized by the district administration and the municipal corporation.

Dignitaries including Members of Parliament, divisional commissioners, urban and rural legislators, district collectors, and police superintendents, along with various district officials, representatives, and the public, are expected to attend.

As part of the cleanliness week, the municipal corporation will take action against single-use plastics in all office areas on March 15, starting at 9 AM. On March 16, a special cleaning campaign will target all public and community toilets across the city.

On March 17, a public cleanliness drive will take place at the roadways bus stand, beginning at 8 AM. The following day, March 18, efforts will focus on cleaning the stepwells near the Hanuman Temple in Gulab Bagh to promote water conservation.

The campaign will conclude on March 19 with awareness rallies organized in all office areas.
