Jalaun, March 23:
In a recent Solution Day event held at the Madhaugarh Tehsil auditorium, District Magistrate Rajesh Kumar Pandey and Superintendent of Police Dr. Durgesh Kumar emphasized the importance of timely, transparent, and quality resolution of public complaints.
During the event, officials attentively listened to the grievances of citizens who traveled from distant areas. A total of 37 complaints were received, with 7 being resolved on the spot. The remaining issues were assigned to teams of relevant officials for prompt action.
One notable case involved Munna Lal, a resident of Hasupura village, whose long-pending land record error was addressed immediately by the District Magistrate. The resolution brought evident satisfaction and happiness to the complainant’s face.
The District Magistrate reiterated that the primary aim of Solution Day is to resolve public issues on-site. He stressed that any negligence in addressing complaints will not be tolerated. All cases must be handled fairly, sensitively, and within a set timeframe, with timely updates provided to the complainants.
With the summer season approaching, the District Magistrate also instructed regular inspections of cow shelters, ensuring adequate supplies of fodder, green grass, and drinking water. He mandated a reserve of at least 10 quintals of fodder and prohibited the removal of fodder from the district.
Additionally, he directed officials to ensure that there are no issues with drinking water and electricity in the district, implementing necessary measures in advance. The Superintendent of Police highlighted the need for heightened vigilance regarding law and order, ensuring prompt and impartial investigations into cases of assault, disputes, and other criminal matters. He affirmed that the safety and justice for the public remain the police’s top priority.
Present at the event were Chief Development Officer K.K. Singh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Rakesh Soni, and other district-level officials.
