Jaipur, October 19: Former MP Ramcharan Bohra has stated that the political instability, violent protests, and changes in government occurring in various countries serve as a lesson for India’s opposition. He emphasized that the recent events in France, Bangladesh, and Nepal highlight the importance of stability, democratic systems, and leadership in India.
Bohra accused the Congress party and some opposition factions of creating an atmosphere of confusion and discontent among the public due to their lust for power. According to him, the opposition’s political agenda has shifted away from addressing public issues to merely weakening the central government.
He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, decisive will, and policies prioritizing national interest, which have strengthened public trust in the country’s democratic institutions and constitutional framework. Bohra asserted that the Indian populace is aware and will not allow any political conspiracy or misleading propaganda to succeed.
He acknowledged that while opposing the government is a right of the opposition in a democracy, creating an atmosphere of fear, violence, and instability under the guise of protest is unacceptable. He believes that politics that jeopardizes national unity, integrity, and social harmony will not receive public support.
Bohra further stated that India is not a weak nation and stands confidently on the global stage under the Prime Minister’s leadership. He urged the opposition to abandon negative politics and focus on issues of national interest, development, and public welfare, warning that those who seek political gain through chaos will face democratic repercussions from the public.
