Ajit Singh Mehta Calls for Social Harmony Inspired by Sant Ravidas

Tonk, August 7: The 650th anniversary celebrations of Sant Ravidas have reached Tonk, where a special program was held at the Kankali Mata Temple. Ajit Singh Mehta, the BJP’s Kota division in-charge and former MLA, emphasized that Sant Ravidas dedicated his entire life to social harmony. He urged party workers to draw inspiration from Sant Ravidas’s life to work towards establishing a united society.

During the event, which was part of the BJP’s Samarasata Sankalp campaign marking the 650th anniversary of Sant Ravidas, Mehta addressed attendees gathered for the Sant Ravidas Vandana Kalash Yatra.

Mehta stated that Sant Ravidas devoted his life to uniting society and eradicating social discrimination. He highlighted the need for individuals to embody the personality and contributions of Sant Ravidas in their lives, thereby contributing to the creation of social harmony.

As part of the celebrations, Vandana Kalash were dispatched from the BJP state office to all districts in the state in honor of Sant Ravidas’s 650th anniversary. In the Tonk assembly constituency, the Kalash Yatra was inaugurated from the Kankali Mata Temple by the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Mandal.

During the program, Ajit Singh Mehta performed a ceremonial worship of the Sant Ravidas Vandana Kalash. The event was attended by a large number of party officials and workers, including Vishnu Chawla, president of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Mandal in Tonk.
