For the full financial year ending March 31, 2025, Yes Bank reported a consolidated net profit of ₹2,446.49 crore, representing a 90.36% YoY increase. Total consolidated income grew by 12.48% to ₹37,075.62 crore. On a standalone basis, annual net profit jumped 92.30% to ₹2,405.86 crore.
The bank’s financial strength is further reflected in its ownership structure. Institutional investors hold 66.34% of the stake, signaling robust institutional confidence, while non-institutional investors hold 33.66%.

With a 52-week high of ₹28.50 (April 29, 2024) and a low of ₹16.02 (March 12, 2025), Yes Bank’s current momentum suggests a possible upward trajectory if the growth trend continues.
