Jaipur, July 22: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized its monthly Sundarkand recitation at its Jaipur city office on Tuesday, marked by deep devotion and reverence. The event saw a significant turnout of party officials, workers from various mandals, women, and devotees.
During the program, formal worship of Lord Shri Ram and Shri Hanuman was conducted. Following this, attendees collectively recited the Sundarkand and Hanuman Chalisa. The atmosphere was filled with devotion, resonating with bhajans and chants of “Jai Shri Ram.”
Religious Events Strengthen Values and Unity: Amit Goyal
BJP Jaipur city district president Amit Goyal stated that religion and society serve as powerful means to guide politics positively. He emphasized that religious and spiritual events foster unity, service, values, and a sense of national interest within the organization.
He added that collective religious gatherings connect people to Indian culture and traditions while promoting social harmony and cooperation. Such events inspire workers towards community service and public welfare initiatives.
Distribution of Prasad After Maha Aarti
After the collective recitation and bhajan session, a Maha Aarti was performed. Attendees, including officials, workers, and devotees, participated in the Maha Aarti, praying for the prosperity of the state and the nation. At the conclusion of the event, prasad was distributed to all devotees.
Notable attendees included BJP Jaipur city general secretary Rajesh Tambi, Rekha Rathore, Navratna Naraniya, along with district officials, mandal workers, women, and a large number of devotees.
