BJP Intensifies Preparations for Upcoming March in Jaipur

Jaipur, November 5: Ahead of the BJP’s march scheduled for November 5, the party has ramped up preparations across various assembly constituencies. Jaipur MP Manju Sharma held an organizational meeting on Wednesday in the Sanganeer assembly area, focusing on strategies to involve more participants in the march. This event is part of the party’s campaign titled “Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy.”
The meeting covered the complete action plan for the march, coordination among party members, responsibilities of workers, and maximizing public participation. Attendees included elected representatives, BJP officials, and local workers from the Sanganeer assembly constituency.
Public Gathering at Ramleela Ground Followed by March
Manju Sharma is the coordinator for this event. It will kick off with a public gathering at Ramleela Ground, featuring Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. Following the gathering, both leaders will lead a symbolic march of approximately 1.25 kilometers to Tripolia Gate. The party aims to gather over 10,000 participants for this event.
Considering the crowds in the walled city markets due to Diwali shopping, the party has opted for a shorter route to minimize inconvenience for traders and the general public. Responsibilities have been assigned to workers at the assembly, mandal, and ward levels for the event.
Campaign to Counter Congress on Voter List Issues
The BJP is launching this campaign to respond to Congress’s allegations regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list. Manju Sharma has stated that Congress is spreading confusion among the public about the SIR, and party workers will engage with the community to clarify the facts. Meanwhile, former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot criticized the marches, claiming that the country is witnessing a “ruling opposition” for the first time.
