BJP Leader Criticizes Rahul Gandhis Approach Amidst Political Turmoil

Banswara, November 2: BJP state president Madan Rathore has targeted Rahul Gandhi regarding the recent India alliance rally in New Delhi. He stated, “Rahul Gandhi should focus on his party’s work. Creating chaos in the country is unfortunate. The opposition believes it can gain power through disorder, but that is not possible. Governments in India are formed democratically.”
During his visit to the Wagad region, Rathore worshipped at the Tripura Sundari temple in Banswara and later addressed the media. With the Panchayati Raj elections in 2026 approaching, he engaged with party officials and workers in the villages of Bagidora and Gangd Talai to discuss electoral preparations and organizational matters. State General Secretary Bhupendra Saini, State Vice President Hakru Bhai Maida, and District President Poonjilal Gayari were also present at these meetings.
Foreign Forces Funding Chaos, Says Rathore
Rathore emphasized that creating turmoil is unacceptable and that the public will not tolerate it. He asserted that the BJP aims to develop the country. He accused foreign forces of funding efforts to hinder India’s progress, claiming that some opposition leaders are attempting to create instability with their assistance. He assured that such attempts would not succeed.
Allegations Against Sonia Gandhi
On the issue of the voter list, Rathore accused Sonia Gandhi of becoming a voter before she was a citizen of India, stating, “The beginning of vote theft started there.” He pointed out that during the Congress rule, BJP governments were dismissed multiple times.
Referring to former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, he alleged that when his government was in a minority, he bought and lured legislators to gather support. Rathore asserted that the BJP has never engaged in such practices, positioning the party as democratic, unlike many political parties that are individualistic and family-oriented.
Focus on Tribal Society and Panchayat Elections
Rathore highlighted that the BJP considers the interests of the tribal community. The party has provided reservations for tribals, offered opportunities for women, and ensured tribal participation in governance. Plans have also been developed for the overall growth of the Wagad region.
Regarding the Panchayati Raj elections, he noted that two phases of elections have already been completed in the state. The public has given the BJP ample blessings in the local body elections, and now, under Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma‘s leadership, the focus is on comprehensive village development. He requested the public’s cooperation in this endeavor. Before arriving in Banswara, Rathore visited Dungarpur, where he inspected the Badal Mahal, Fatehgarh Hanuman Temple, and Bird Sanctuary Park.
