Udaipur, March 13: The preparations for the 45th mass wedding ceremony for differently abled and economically disadvantaged individuals, organized by the Narayan Seva Sansthan, are now in the final stages. The venue at Seva Mahatirth (Liyon Ka Guda) has been adorned with grand decorations and attractive setups. Various committees of the organization are continuously reviewing arrangements to ensure the event’s success.
Prashant Agarwal, the president of the organization, mentioned that over 700 guests from across the country are expected to attend this special event. Separate teams have been formed to manage different aspects, including welcoming guests, food, accommodation, transportation, and cultural programs.
Guests will begin arriving on Friday from various states to participate in the ceremony. By that evening, all couples set to marry will also reach Seva Mahatirth, where they will be welcomed with traditional rituals.
The main wedding rituals will commence on Saturday with Ganapati Puja, marking the start of traditional ceremonies. Cultural events, including Haldi and Mehendi, will take place throughout the day, with guests and family members participating in the festivities. The atmosphere will be filled with joy as the new chapters in the lives of the differently abled couples are celebrated.
On Sunday, all couples will complete the traditional rituals of Toran, Varmala, and Saptapadi (seven vows), entering into the sacred bond of marriage and beginning their new lives together.
