For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, Yes Bank posted a consolidated net profit of ₹744.53 crore, up from ₹467.29 crore in Q4FY24. Total income also rose modestly by 3.72%, reaching ₹9,437.85 crore compared to ₹9,099.60 crore during the same period last year.

Standalone results were equally promising, with net profit rising by 63.34% to ₹738.12 crore and total income up 3.77% at ₹9,355.39 crore. These figures underscore the bank’s growing operational efficiency and successful risk management strategies.

Annual Performance Signals Strong Momentum

For the full financial year ending March 31, 2025, Yes Bank reported a consolidated net profit of ₹2,446.49 crore, representing a 90.36% YoY increase. Total consolidated income grew by 12.48% to ₹37,075.62 crore. On a standalone basis, annual net profit jumped 92.30% to ₹2,405.86 crore.

The bank’s financial strength is further reflected in its ownership structure. Institutional investors hold 66.34% of the stake, signaling robust institutional confidence, while non-institutional investors hold 33.66%.

Investor Outlook and Market Position

With a 52-week high of ₹28.50 (April 29, 2024) and a low of ₹16.02 (March 12, 2025), Yes Bank’s current momentum suggests a possible upward trajectory if the growth trend continues. Analysts believe that the consistent improvement in earnings could further bolster investor trust and drive long-term growth.
