The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is once again in the spotlight, as the wait for the 20th installment is expected to end soon. Under this central government scheme, eligible small and marginal farmers receive ₹2,000 in each installment, with a total annual benefit of ₹6,000 provided in three installments.

According to the latest update, the 20th installment of ₹2,000 may be released by the government on or before July 15, 2025. Nearly 10 crore farmers are expected to benefit from this upcoming disbursement.

19th Installment Already Released
Earlier this year, the 19th installment was transferred to eligible farmers’ bank accounts on February 24, 2025, benefitting over 9.7 crore registered farmers. Now, all eyes are on the 20th installment. However, to avoid any delays or issues, farmers must ensure that all necessary documentation and verifications are completed in advance.
