Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an officer cadre role at Scheduled Commercial Banks or Regional Rural Banks (RRBs)

Special Note for North-East Circle
Candidates from Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland are now eligible to apply under the North-East circle, provided they have passed English as a subject in either 10th or 12th grade. English has been recognized as the local language for this recruitment drive.

Selection Process
The SBI CBO 2025 selection will be conducted in three phases:

Online Written Examination

Objective Test: 120 questions across English, Banking Knowledge, General Awareness, Computer Aptitude

Descriptive Test: 30-minute English writing skills test

No negative marking in the objective test

Screening & Interview

Local Language Proficiency Test (if applicable)
The final merit list will be prepared based on a 75:25 weightage between the online test and interview scores.
Salary & Perks
Selected candidates will be appointed as Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I) officers with:

Starting basic pay of ₹48,480 (plus two advance increments)
