Selection Process: Written Exam & Interview

The selection will take place in two stages:

Written Examination
Interview

Written Exam Structure:

Paper 1: Hindi Language — 100 marks (qualifying; minimum 30%)
Paper 2: English Language — 100 marks (qualifying; minimum 30%)
Paper 3: General Studies — 200 marks
Paper 4: Industrial Development, Labour Laws & Related Acts — 300 marks

Key point: Marks from Paper 1 & 2 (Language papers) will not be added to the final merit list but passing them is mandatory.

Candidates qualifying in the written test will proceed to the interview round worth 100 marks.

Final selection will be based on combined scores of Paper 3, Paper 4, and the interview.
