Udaipur, March 4: The two-day Panch Gaurav Fair and Exhibition will kick off on Thursday at Fatehsagar Lake, initiated by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. This event aims to promote the heritage and ecology of each district. Under the guidance of Udaipur District Collector Namit Mehta, innovative measures have been implemented to engage the public with the district’s Panch Gaurav.
All preparations for the fair have been completed, and it will take place near the Taya Palace at Fatehsagar Lake. The fair will officially start at 3 PM on Thursday, attended by local representatives and officials.
During the event, visitors will learn about one product per district—marble and granite, one crop—custard apple, one plant species—mahua, one sport—swimming, and tourist attractions—Fatehsagar and Pichola. Various activities will be organized throughout the fair and exhibition.
Fifteen stalls will be set up near Taya Palace at Fatehsagar Lake, showcasing promotional materials, products, and models related to Panch Gaurav from various departments. Additionally, the District Industry and Commerce Center will host a Stone Mart.
