Jaipur, June 5: Ajay Kumar, the newly appointed State Organization Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), will arrive in Jaipur for the first time on Saturday. This visit marks his inaugural tour of the state following his appointment, generating significant enthusiasm within the party.
According to the schedule, Ajay Kumar is set to land in Jaipur at 1:15 PM. Upon arrival, he will first visit the Moti Dungri Ganesh Temple for prayers and offerings. Following this, he will head to the BJP state headquarters, where he will be welcomed by party officials and workers.
The BJP Mahila Morcha will greet Ajay Kumar in accordance with traditional Rajasthani customs and culture. Various organizational events have been planned at the state office, with a large turnout expected from party officials and workers.
At 3:30 PM, Ajay Kumar will hold an important meeting with state officials at the BJP state office. The meeting will likely cover organizational activities, upcoming programs, membership expansion, booth empowerment, and various political issues. This will be his first formal meeting in Rajasthan since taking on the role of Organization Secretary.
It is noteworthy that the position of State Organization Secretary in Rajasthan had been vacant for nearly two and a half years. Following the transfer of the previous secretary, Chandrashekhar, to Telangana in January 2024, the party has been awaiting a new appointment for some time.
Ajay Kumar hails from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh and has been actively involved with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the BJP for many years. Before his appointment in Rajasthan, he served as the State Organization Secretary for Uttarakhand, playing a crucial role in organizational expansion and strengthening grassroots workers.
Political analysts believe that Ajay Kumar’s appointment will provide new direction and momentum to the Rajasthan BJP organization. His visit is considered significant in light of upcoming electoral preparations and organizational strengthening.
