A large number of Congress workers, women leaders, youth activists, and local leaders were present at the event.
The enthusiasm displayed by the crowd and workers was interpreted by Congress leaders as a sign of growing public discontent against the BJP government in the state.
Emphasis on Women’s and Youth Participation
Congress leaders highlighted the significant participation of women and youth in the program. The party claims that the public is dissatisfied with the current BJP government’s policies and actions, which will be evident in the upcoming elections. Congress stated that it will intensify its struggle on issues that matter to the public, from the streets to the assembly.
Targeting the BJP Government
During the event, Congress leaders accused the state’s BJP government of adopting anti-people policies and exhibiting a dictatorial attitude. They asserted that the party will continue to fight for the dignity, rights, and local issues of the public and will strengthen its campaign at the organizational level.
Preparing to Activate the Organization in Ajmer
The welcome event in Kishangarh is seen as part of Congress’s efforts to enhance organizational activity in Ajmer district. With preparations underway for municipal and panchayat elections, the state president’s visit is considered crucial for energizing local workers and gearing the organization into election mode.
The Congress leadership aims to activate the organization at the booth and ward levels, assign more responsibilities to women and youth, and include local issues in the electoral agenda.
“Fighting for the People from the Streets to the Assembly”
Congress leaders stated that the party will carry the fight for the dignity and rights of the people from the streets to the assembly. They described this as the beginning of a campaign for political change in the state.
