Sikar, July 19: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held a significant organizational meeting in Khatushyamji, a renowned religious site. This gathering brought together representatives, workers, and officials from the Jaipur division. Ajay Kumar, the BJP’s state organizational secretary, met the division’s workers and officials for the first time, delivering a clear message about the party’s policies, discipline, and future plans.
During his address, Ajay Kumar emphasized that the organization is paramount within the BJP, stating, “No individual is greater than the party.” He highlighted the need for coordination between the government and the organization to effectively achieve public welfare and the party’s objectives.
Kumar underscored the importance of discipline within the organization, noting that the BJP is a disciplined political party that thrives on collective cooperation. He mentioned that all party members, from booth leaders to the national president, collaborate on the party’s policies and programs.
He also referenced the upcoming urban body and Panchayati Raj elections, asserting that the BJP will enter the electoral arena with full strength, uniting all sections of society. He made it clear that there is no room for factionalism or individual-centric politics within the party. The sole political identity of all workers is represented by the “lotus flower.”
The meeting stressed the urgency of filling vacant positions in the district and mandal committees and strengthening the organizational structure down to the booth level. Officials were instructed to complete any unfinished organizational tasks within the set timeframe.
Shravan Singh Bagri, the state general secretary, informed the media that this was a purely organizational meeting. The first session included current representatives, former candidates, state officials, heads of various fronts, district presidents, and district in-charges.
He noted that the meeting reviewed the current activities and functions of the organization. Discussions also covered the engagement of workers at the booth level, the status of mandal and district units, and the implementation of upcoming organizational programs.
Addressing questions about preparations for the Panchayati Raj and municipal elections, Bagri stated that the BJP’s organization remains active year-round. Therefore, when elections are announced, the party does not need to initiate separate preparations. Party workers continuously engage with the public, conducting outreach and service activities.
He clarified that the meeting’s purpose was not solely to strategize for the upcoming elections but also to empower the organization at the booth level, making it more robust, active, and effective. The gathering called upon workers to fulfill their organizational responsibilities with discipline and dedication.
The meeting commenced with Ajay Kumar lighting a lamp, alongside Rakhi Rathore, the state president of the women’s wing, and other officials.
