Congress Launches 10-Day Training Camp in Pushkar to Strengthen Organization and Election Strategy

Ajmer, May 23: The Congress party has officially inaugurated a 10-day training camp in Pushkar for district presidents from Rajasthan and Delhi. This camp, which began on May 23, aims to discuss key topics such as organizational expansion, strengthening the party at the booth level, election strategies, media management, and public relations. During the camp, Congress officials will also engage in dialogue with villagers.

Before the camp’s inauguration, Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasra, leader of the opposition in the Rajasthan Assembly, Tikaram Julie, and Rajasthan in-charge Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa arrived in Pushkar. After registering the district presidents from Rajasthan and Delhi, the formal program commenced.

Campaign to Strengthen the Organization at the Grassroots Level
Ajmer city Congress president Dr. Rajkumar stated that this training camp is part of an initiative to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level and provide workers with new political direction. Special arrangements have been made for around 100 district presidents and party officials attending the camp.

State Congress vice president Naseem Akhtar Insaf emphasized that this camp is a crucial part of the organization-building campaign. He noted that Congress has always prioritized direct communication with workers and the general public. The camp, held in the holy city of Pushkar, is expected to infuse the Congress organization with new energy and political messaging.

Dotasra Criticizes the Central Government
During the inauguration, Congress state president Govind Singh Dotasra launched a sharp attack on the central government. He asserted that while Congress is fulfilling its democratic responsibilities, the current government is adopting a dictatorial approach.

Dotasra accused the present government of lacking accountability and moral responsibility. He pointed out that during the UPA government, ministers would resign on moral grounds if allegations were made against them, a tradition he claims is absent in the current central government.

Rahul Gandhi and Kharge to Attend
On the final day of the camp, June 1, Congress national president Mallikarjun Kharge and leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, will also be present. Their participation is expected to enhance the political significance of the camp. According to Congress leaders, various special sessions will be held to discuss organizational expansion, training for workers, and strategies for upcoming elections.

Field Visits and MGNREGA Inspections Included
The camp will also feature field visits on May 25 and inspections of MGNREGA work sites on May 27. Through these activities, Congress leaders aim to gather feedback on the actual conditions in rural areas and the implementation of government schemes.

The inauguration event was attended by state president Govind Singh Dotasra, opposition leader Tikaram Julie, Rajasthan in-charge Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa, PCC vice president Naseem Akhtar Insaf, Ajmer city Congress president Dr. Rajkumar Jai Pal, Pushkar block president Sanjay Joshi, and a large number of Congress workers.
