
Udaipur, March 26: In response to the nationwide ban on commercial gas cylinders, a significant operation was conducted on Thursday under the guidance of District Supply Officer, Ms. Srishti Dabas. The aim was to prevent the illegal use of domestic gas and curb unlawful refilling activities.
Enforcement officers, Dr. Nisha Mundda and Mansi Pandya, discovered a gas transfer operation at an HP Gas Agency near RK Circle. Here, gas was being illegally transferred from a domestic cylinder to a commercial one. A total of 16 domestic cylinders, 2 commercial cylinders, and the equipment used for the gas transfer were seized on-site.
The District Supply Officer stated that cases will be registered under the Essential Commodities Act of 1955, and actions will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the law.
