Launch of Mini Booklet and Posters to Promote Kumbhalgarh Tourism

Udaipur, April 22: The tourism department of Udaipur has unveiled a mini booklet and promotional posters for Kumbhalgarh, as part of the Panch Gaurav program in Rajsamand district. District Collector Arun Kumar Hasiija launched these materials in his office on Tuesday evening. The event was attended by Additional District Collector Naresh Bunkar, Joint Director of the Tourism Department Sumita Saroch, and SDM Brijesh Gupta.

The newly created materials showcase the district’s key tourist attractions, cultural heritage, and local specialties in an appealing manner, providing essential information for visitors.

During the launch, the District Collector reviewed the progress of the Panch Gaurav program and instructed relevant departments to focus on innovative activities to promote tourism. He emphasized the need for effective promotion of Rajsamand’s historical, cultural, and natural heritage to attract more tourists to the district. The mini booklet and posters are to be widely disseminated through various channels.

Appreciating the efforts of the tourism department, the District Collector stated that continuous work is being done to develop tourism as a key identity under the Panch Gaurav program. He directed officials to coordinate effectively across departments to meet set goals in a timely manner. Additionally, he stressed the importance of involving local stakeholders in tourism initiatives.
