Alwar, April 22: The Sariska Tiger Reserve in Alwar has become a hotspot for wildlife enthusiasts as the tigress ST-19 has been frequently spotted with her four cubs. This remarkable sighting has generated significant excitement among tourists.
On Wednesday, visitors to the buffer zone were thrilled to witness these majestic tigers, enhancing their safari experience. According to the forest department, proper management of prey and water resources in the buffer area has led to increased wildlife activity, making tiger sightings more common.
Notably, the reintroduction of tigers to Sariska began in 2008. Thanks to ongoing conservation efforts and the support of the state government, the tiger population has seen a remarkable rise. Currently, the number of tigers, including cubs, has surpassed 50.
