
New Delhi, August 8: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a breakfast meeting at his residence with approximately 45 new Lok Sabha MPs on Friday morning around 9 AM. The gathering included members from various parties allied with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA). During the meeting, the Prime Minister engaged with the new MPs, stressing the importance of coordination and unity within the coalition.
‘We are all part of the NDA family’
Jagdish Basunia, an MP from the Nationalist Citizens Party of India (NCPI), shared that Modi conveyed to the MPs that they are all integral members of the NDA family. According to Basunia, the Prime Minister urged the new MPs to work with a sense of collective responsibility and mutual cooperation within the alliance.
Direct Communication with New MPs
This meeting is viewed as an opportunity for direct communication between the Prime Minister and the new MPs. Discussions are expected to cover parliamentary procedures, the role of representatives, and the coalition’s priorities.
