31 Farmers Join BJP in Jaipur, Strengthening Partys Base

Jaipur, August 1: In a significant political shift, Sandeep Singh Khera, the district president of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, along with 31 other members, officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday. The party’s state president, Madan Rathore, welcomed the new members by draping them with the party’s scarf, emphasizing the growing trust in the BJP regarding farmer welfare, development, and good governance.

According to a statement from the BJP, the new members were led by farmer leader Prithvipal Singh Sandhu. They expressed their decision to join the party, citing their admiration for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma‘s development initiatives, and the party’s policies.

During the event, Rathore highlighted that the BJP is committed to national interest, farmer welfare, and public service. He claimed that the increasing confidence from various societal segments in the party is a testament to its support for development, good governance, and transparency.

Rathore urged the newly inducted members to promote the BJP’s ideology and the government’s schemes to the general public.

He called upon all new members to work diligently to strengthen the organization and actively address issues related to farmers and rural areas. Rathore emphasized that every member’s contribution is vital, and collective efforts will enhance the party’s grassroots support.

The event was attended by senior officials, including BJP state vice president Bihari Lal Vishnoi, state general secretary Shrawan Singh Bagri, state minister Sitaram Poswal, and state cell in-charge Vijender Poonia. All leaders extended their best wishes to the new members for their organizational roles.
