Bikaner, January 25 : As per the provisions of Rule 31(b) of the Rajasthan Education (State and Subordinate) Service Rules, 2021, 5,005 deputy principals have been promoted to the positions of principals and equivalent posts based on seniority-cum-merit. These promotions were recommended during a meeting of the Departmental Promotion Committee held on January 17.
Director of Secondary Education Ashish Modi has instructed the selected personnel to assume their new roles on a temporary basis, as per departmental requirements, while continuing in their current positions. Employees are required to assume their new duties from the date mentioned against their names or thereafter. They must submit their joining reports to the department immediately.
It has been mandated that all promoted personnel must take charge of their new roles within 15 days of the issuance of the promotion order. Failure to do so will be considered a voluntary relinquishment of the promotion, and the department will proceed with issuing relevant orders regarding the relinquishment.
