State-Level Quartermaster Training Camp Kicks Off in Udaipur

Udaipur, March 27: The Hindustan Scout and Guide Rajasthan has officially launched a state-level Quartermaster Training Camp at the Hindustan Scout State Training Center in Govardhan Vilas, Sector 14, Udaipur. The camp commenced with a Scout prayer.

Camp director Bharat Lal Prajapat stated that Scout Masters and Quartermasters from various districts across the state are participating in this training program. The inauguration ceremony featured the chief guest, State Secretary Narendra Audichya, who performed the flag hoisting. In his address, Audichya emphasized the importance of training Quartermasters to prepare quality meals at the camp. He noted that such training enhances an individual’s capacity and skills.

Special guest and State Organization Commissioner for Scouts, Ripudaman Singh Gill, highlighted the crucial role of Quartermasters in any camp. He stressed that every child in the state should benefit from scouting, urging everyone to work together to promote scouting effectively. Another special guest, Kavita Jain, State Organization Commissioner for Guides, shared insights on how to strengthen Scouts and Guides in terms of skills and artistry. The training is being conducted based on a structured curriculum provided by the instructor team.
