Jaipur, May 3: The BJP state president, Madan Rathore, announced the launch of the “Gram Rath” campaign aimed at effectively disseminating information about state government agricultural schemes to farmers. Through these Gram Raths, the initiative will reach rural areas, providing farmers with detailed information about various agricultural schemes, their benefits, and the application process. The goal is to ensure that more farmers can connect with these schemes and reap their benefits.
Rathore emphasized that the BJP organization is playing an active role in strengthening this initiative. Party officials will accompany the Gram Raths to engage with the public, share information about the schemes, and foster community involvement. This campaign is being conducted in coordination with the government and aims to bring these initiatives to the grassroots level.
He also mentioned that the “Rajasthan Global AgriTech Summit” will showcase agricultural innovations, technological advancements, and ongoing development in the agricultural sector. A monitoring committee has been established at the state level for the successful organization of this summit, which includes BJP state vice president Mukesh Dadhich, Nahar Singh Jodha, Prem Singh Banwasa, and Anurag Jangid.
Additionally, coordinators have been appointed at the divisional level for the effective execution of both the summit and the Gram Rath campaign. In the Bikaner division, Jyoti Mirdha, Rajendra Nayak, and Vijender Poonia have been assigned responsibilities. In the Jaipur division, Lalchand Kataria, Omprakash Bhadana, Ramcharan Bohra, and Narayan Meena will oversee operations. The Bharatpur division will see leadership from Prem Singh Bajaur, Dharm Singh Jat, and Sukbir Singh Jaunapuria, among others.
Plans are also underway to appoint senior leaders as coordinators in the Ajmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Kota divisions to accelerate the campaign. The BJP aims for the Gram Rath and AgriTech Summit to ensure that information about these schemes reaches every district and village in the state, enabling farmers to benefit from modern technology and government initiatives.
