Jaipur, June 26: On Thursday, Dr. Satish Punia, the Haryana in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP, met with BJP National President Nitin Nabin at the party’s national headquarters. The two leaders discussed organizational matters and other significant topics during their meeting. As a gesture of respect, Punia adorned Nabin with a traditional ‘pattu,’ symbolizing Rajasthan’s renowned handloom art.
Dr. Satish Punia presented the pattu, crafted from the famous handloom tradition of the Barmer-Jaisalmer region, showcasing Rajasthan’s folk art and cultural heritage. The pattu from western Rajasthan is celebrated for its unique weaving, traditional designs, and the hard work of local artisans.
Additionally, Punia gifted Nabin two books titled “Yashasvi Bharat” and “Agnipath Nahin Janpath.” The discussions also encompassed organizational activities, political issues related to Rajasthan, and the party’s upcoming strategies.
Earlier, Dr. Satish Punia had a meeting with BJP National Organization General Secretary B.L. Santosh. This meeting is considered significant from an organizational perspective. Punia has been actively involved in the Rajasthan BJP organization for a long time and is currently engaged in party activities as a Rajya Sabha MP.
