Jaipur, August 7: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is gearing up to take its ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign to the grassroots level. During an organizational meeting held in Malviya Nagar, party leaders discussed preparations for the upcoming Tiranga rally scheduled for August 9. The meeting emphasized strengthening the party’s presence at the booth level.
Ajay Kumar, the state general secretary of the BJP, engaged with district officials and mandal presidents, highlighting the importance of maximum public participation. Jaipur city district president Amit Goyal welcomed him with a traditional turban and shawl.
The meeting included a review of the organizational structure at the mandal and booth levels. Ajay Kumar sought updates on the organizational status of power centers, wards, and booths from district officials and mandal presidents. He stressed that the real strength of the organization lies in active workers at the booth level. Each member must be well-informed about their area’s organizational structure.
Ajay Kumar called for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ initiative to be more than just an organizational program. He described it as a movement to spread patriotism, national pride, and unity among citizens. He urged workers to encourage households to respectfully hoist the national flag. The focus will be on maximizing public engagement through flag rallies, outreach campaigns, and programs related to patriotism at the mandal, power center, and booth levels.
The meeting also discussed the implementation of the campaign at the assembly and mandal levels, along with the responsibilities of party workers and promotional activities. Coordinators were instructed to complete preparations in their respective areas promptly.
Mithilesh Gautam, the state general secretary, emphasized that making the August 9 rally historic is the responsibility of every worker. He noted that this event is not merely a formal gathering but a means to strengthen citizens’ love for the nation and national pride.
Gautam highlighted the development initiatives undertaken by the central government since 2014, including the Atal Tunnel, Statue of Unity, and the expansion of infrastructure, which have enhanced India’s global standing. He asserted that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, India is solidifying its identity on the world stage with the commitment to both development and heritage.
Amit Goyal reiterated that the BJP’s core ideology is ‘Nation First’ and ‘Building the Nation through Individual Development.’ He referenced significant decisions like the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, urging party workers to prioritize organizational goals.
Goyal emphasized that the party’s true symbol is the lotus flower, and every worker should act with loyalty, discipline, and dedication towards achieving the organization’s objectives, regardless of the outcome.
The meeting was attended by state minister Ajit Mandan, Ekta Agarwal, MLA Gopal Sharma, Kalicharan Saraf, Kailash Sharma, Ravi Nair, Chandramohan Batwada, district general secretary Rajesh Tambi, Navratna Naniya, Rekha Rathore, and Jaipur city co-in-charge Rajendra Parana, along with district officials, mandal presidents, councilors, candidates, and booth-level workers.
