- Kolkata
- Howrah
- Hooghly
- North 24 Parganas
- South 24 Parganas
- East Midnapore
- West Midnapore

Severe Fog in North Bengal, Visibility May Drop Below 50 Meters
In North Bengal, districts such as Jalpaiguri, Cooch Behar, and North Dinajpur will also experience intense fog, with visibility potentially dropping below 50 meters. Winter to Bid Goodbye by Mid-February
Weather experts suggest that winter will completely retreat from Bengal by mid-February. The frequent disruptions in cold weather patterns were caused by Western Disturbances, but their impact is now diminishing. While another Western Disturbance is approaching, it is expected to clear out quickly, allowing cold winds from the north to re-enter Bengal.
Weekend Temperature Drop Confirmed
With cold northwesterly winds returning, temperatures are expected to decline this weekend, bringing a final spell of winter chill before Bengal transitions into warmer weather conditions.
