- Sonamarg: Recorded the lowest temperature at -12.8°C, making it the coldest location in Kashmir.
- Pahalgam: Close behind with a minimum temperature of -11.8°C.
- Larnu: Logged -7.9°C, while Gulmarg, a popular ski destination, recorded -7.0°C.
- Srinagar: The summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir registered -2.0°C.

- Bandipora and Ganderbal: -3.4°C

In Jammu Division, Padar emerged as the coldest area, recording -8.8°C. Other key temperatures:

- Banihal: -1.2°C
- Batote: -0.3°C
- Jammu city: 5.2°C, while nearby Katra and Ramban recorded 5.3°C and 4.0°C, respectively.
In Ladakh, Drass, often referred to as the “Gateway to Ladakh,” was the coldest spot, with temperatures dropping to a bone-chilling -22.9°C.
