Mumbai Central-Kanpur Anwarganj Special Train to Halt at Surat Station from April 13

Mumbai, April 10 In a move aimed at improving passenger convenience amid ongoing redevelopment work at Udhna station, Western Railway has announced a change in the stoppage for the Mumbai Central–Kanpur Anwarganj Special Train (Train No. 09185/09186). Effective April 13, 2025, the train will halt at Surat station instead of Udhna.

Revised Halt Schedule at Surat Station

As per an official press release from Western Railway’s Public Relations Department:

  • Train No. 09185 Mumbai Central–Kanpur Anwarganj Special will arrive at Surat at 14:28 hrs and depart at 14:33 hrs, starting April 13, 2025.

  • Train No. 09186 Kanpur Anwarganj–Mumbai Central Special will arrive at Surat at 16:20 hrs and depart at 16:25 hrs, effective April 14, 2025.

Please note: These trains will no longer stop at Udhna station.

Key Information for Passengers

Passengers are advised to make note of this revised halt and plan their boarding/deboarding accordingly. The update comes as part of the infrastructure upgrade works at Udhna and is expected to ease travel disruptions.
