
Udaipur, April 5: In a decisive action against noise pollution, Udaipur police have registered a case against a pickup truck driver in the Hiran Magri police station area. According to police reports, the driver was playing loud music near Jyoti Hospital in Sector 6, creating a significant disturbance. Upon receiving complaints, a police team promptly arrived at the scene and seized the vehicle.
The driver, identified as Lalit, son of Jagdish Nagarchi, a resident of Dodawali in the Nai police jurisdiction, was apprehended at the location.
Authorities have filed a case against the accused under the Noise Pollution Control Act. The operation was led by Head Constable Bhagwatilal, while Sub-Inspector Ramswaroop is conducting the investigation.
