Kolkata, May 7, 2025 The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has officially announced the Class 12 results for the WB Higher Secondary (HS) Exam 2025 today during a press conference held at 12:30 PM. Students can now access their digital marksheets from 2:00 PM onwards via the board’s official websites.

The overall pass percentage this year stands at 90.79%, showing a steady performance across all streams. However, the Arts stream once again registered the lowest pass percentage among all, at 88.25%, despite a marginal improvement over last year’s figure of 88.20%.
WB HS Result 2025: Stream-Wise Highlights

Science and Commerce streams performed significantly better than Arts, details of which will be published in the final result analysis.

Over 4.8 lakh students registered, and around 4.7 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 board exams conducted between March 3 to March 18, 2025.

A total of 4,30,286 students passed, with the Arts stream alone accounting for 3,18,583 successful candidates out of 3,61,010 who appeared.
