Administrative Actions Intensify Following Protest Against BJP State President

Jaipur, May 31: In the wake of a protest where black flags were shown to BJP State President Madan Rathore, administrative and police actions are escalating. The officer in charge of Kuchaman City Police Station, Satpal Singh Sihag, has been suspended. This decision was announced late Saturday night by IG Rajendra Singh. Prior to this, the Superintendent of Police for Didwana-Kuchaman, Gyan Chandra Yadav, and Kuchaman Tehsildar Kailash Inaniya were also transferred.

These ongoing administrative actions are being linked to recent political developments at the local level. However, there has been no official comment from the administration regarding this situation.

Meanwhile, Pyarelal Shivran has been appointed as the new Superintendent of Police for Didwana-Kuchaman. Gyan Chandra Yadav has been transferred to Civil Rights in Jaipur, which has sparked discussions since he had only recently taken charge of the district.

It is noteworthy that on Friday, during a district-level training camp organized under the BJP’s Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Mahabhiyan-2026 in Kuchaman, Madan Rathore was met with protests from workers of the National Democratic Party (RLP) who displayed black flags. Following the incident, the police detained several activists on charges of disturbing the peace and transported them to Makrana Police Station.

Later that night, the detained activists were brought back to Kuchaman and presented before Tehsildar Kailash Inaniya, where their bail applications were accepted, leading to their release. However, the Naawan police subsequently arrested RLP youth leader Ramniwas Poshak and another individual, Ramesh Kumar.

According to police sources, Ramniwas Poshak is accused of protesting in front of the convoy of Medical Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar a few days prior. He was taken into custody in relation to this incident. The entire sequence of events has heated the political atmosphere in the region, with opposition parties questioning the administrative actions taken.
