
Ajmer, May 31: Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP, will arrive in Pushkar, Rajasthan, on Monday, June 1. He is set to participate in the concluding session of the ten-day National Congress Retreat held at Tilora, where he will address party officials and district presidents.
According to city Congress president Dr. Rajkumar Jaypal, Rahul Gandhi is expected to land at Kishangarh Airport around 10 AM. From there, he will travel directly by road to the training camp at Tilora. Preparations at both the Congress organization and administrative levels have been ramped up for his visit.
This National Retreat involves participation from 50 district Congress presidents from Rajasthan, along with 15 district presidents from Delhi and senior officials from the state Congress. Over the past ten days, discussions have focused on topics such as organizational expansion, public outreach, political strategy, booth management, and the roles of party workers.
During the concluding session, Rahul Gandhi will share his insights on strengthening the organization, the responsibilities of Congress workers, and the party’s strategy in the changing political landscape. He is also expected to review the discussions and suggestions made during the retreat, providing clarity on upcoming political initiatives.
The Congress leadership views this retreat as crucial for organizational strength. It is believed that Rahul Gandhi’s address will serve as a foundation for the upcoming electoral strategy and provide specific guidance for party workers.
