Jaipur, August 7: The Rajasthan Congress has announced a restructuring of its Social Justice and Empowerment Wing, with the release of a new list of district heads across 11 districts. This move aims to enhance grassroots engagement within the organization.
Vikram Swami, the head of the Social Justice and Empowerment Wing, confirmed the changes under the guidance of Govind Singh Dotasra, the president of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee.
The Congress party claims that this restructuring is designed to promote social justice, class balance, and regional representation, thereby making the organization more active.
In addition to the new district heads, the state executive of the Social Justice and Empowerment Wing has also been reorganized. The goal is to address issues related to various social classes more effectively through the party’s network at the district level.
The newly appointed district heads will spearhead campaigns focusing on local social issues, rights, and public grievances. However, detailed information regarding the names of all 11 newly appointed district heads has not been disclosed.
This restructuring effort is part of the Congress’s strategy to activate its various fronts and wings ahead of upcoming local body and Panchayati Raj elections. Following Dotasra’s approval, the reorganization of the Social Justice and Empowerment Wing has been finalized.
The new executive is set to enhance activities related to social justice, rights, and issues affecting various social groups at both district and block levels. The party’s focus will be on increasing the engagement of local workers and strengthening dialogue with social groups.
