
Jaipur, April 28: Nitin Naveen received a grand and historic welcome during his first visit to Jaipur as the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The atmosphere throughout the city was festive, with celebrations from the airport to the BJP state office. Party workers and locals greeted him with flower garlands, bands, traditional dances, and cultural programs, even showering him with flowers from JCB machines.
Addressing party workers at Jaipur Airport, Nitin Naveen emphasized that the BJP aims to spread its influence from the grassroots to Parliament. He paid homage to the sacred land of Jaipur and remembered notable leaders and revolutionaries from Rajasthan, including former Vice President Bhairo Singh Shekhawat. He stated that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the country is charting a new path for development, guided by the mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas,” as the double-engine government continues to progress.
Naveen urged party workers to expand the organization and ensure government schemes reach the last person in line. He called for dedication to fulfill the BJP’s vision.
Discussing the upcoming West Bengal elections, Naveen remarked that the people there are taking to the streets to fight for change, and he predicted that on May 4, the saffron flag would wave triumphantly in West Bengal.
During the event, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma welcomed Naveen, noting his significant role in strengthening the organization from the youth front to the national level. He expressed gratitude to the large number of workers who turned out despite the scorching heat.
Youth front workers led a bike rally ahead of the National President’s convoy. The roadshow was vibrant, featuring elephants, horses, drums, and cultural displays that enhanced the celebratory atmosphere.
Grand Welcome at 11 Locations in the Pink City
A grand welcome was organized at 11 locations from Jaipur Airport to the BJP office:
– At Patrika Gate, workers from Bassi, Phulera, and Dudu welcomed him.
– A ceremonial mace was presented at World Trade Park.
– Rural women welcomed him with turbans at the Education Complex.
– Cultural programs were held at Kanodia College, where a statue of Govind Devji was presented.
– Flower showers and sword presentations occurred at the JDA Circle.
– An innovative welcome with flower showers from elephants and JCBs took place at Rambagh Circle.
– At Ambedkar Circle, he was honored with drums and camels.
– Traditional dance and archery gifts were presented at 22 Godown Circle.
– The Women’s Front welcomed him with pots and auspicious songs at Raj Mahal Palace.
– At the BJP office, SC, farmer, and other fronts showered him with flowers from an elephant.
During this event, BJP state in-charge Dr. Radhamohan Das Agrawal, Jyoti Mirdha, Diya Kumari, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, and many senior leaders and thousands of workers were present. Nitin Naveen‘s welcome in Jaipur signaled a powerful display of party strength and a clear message for the upcoming electoral strategy.
