Udaipur, April 7, 2025 Kiyana Parihar, a rising chess sensation from Udaipur and a student of MDS Senior Secondary School, is all set to represent India at the World Cadet Rapid and Blitz Chess Championship 2025, to be held in Rhodes, Greece from April 12 to 18, 2025. The young champion will depart for Greece on April 10.

Currently a Class 5 student, Kiyana began her chess journey at the age of just 4 under the guidance of her father and now trains under renowned chess coach Hemal Thanki. With a FIDE rating of 1712, she is on the verge of becoming one of India’s youngest Woman Candidate Masters (WCM).
