In his address, Gehlot engaged in detailed discussions with the district presidents, stressing the need to strengthen the organization at the booth level, enhance public outreach, and effectively communicate the Congress ideology to the public. He stated that district presidents are the backbone of the organization, and their active involvement is crucial for effectively conveying the party’s policies and programs to the masses.
Gehlot highlighted that the training camp is not merely an organizational activity but a platform for leadership development and broadening political vision. He expressed confidence that the experiences, energy, and vision gained from the camp would empower district presidents to further strengthen Congress in their respective areas.
He noted that Congress policies are based on public interest, social justice, and democratic values. Therefore, it is the responsibility of every party official to engage with the public, firmly present these policies, and bring the people’s issues to the party’s platform.
Gehlot emphasized that communication with workers and public participation are the greatest strengths of the organization, asserting that a strong organization is the foundation of any political party’s success. He urged district presidents to remain more active among the public and continuously work towards expanding the organization.
