Bhopal, April 10 Madhya Pradesh is witnessing a dramatic contrast in weather conditions as heatwaves and thunderstorms compete across the state. On Wednesday, regions like Chhindwara and Pandhurna experienced heavy rainfall and hailstorms, while temperatures soared past 44°C in others. Dual Weather Patterns Grip the State
According to the IMD, the unusual weather is due to an active Western Disturbance and a Cyclonic Circulation with an associated trough. This combination is causing extreme heat in some areas and rain accompanied by thunderstorms and hail in others.
